Which type of help are you exploring?

This educational guide uses a dropdown only. It does not ask for names, locations, phone numbers or incident details.

Nothing is saved, submitted, transmitted to NNURU or used to open a case. In an actual incident, contact relevant authorities or qualified services directly.

Illustrative workflow

How a future case would progress

Public or participant journey

  1. Choose a safe contact channel: web/app, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  2. Receive urgent-risk triage and any necessary human safety escalation.
  3. Verify identity and permissions before confidential case access.
  4. Submit evidence through controlled, consent-aware channels.
  5. Receive neutral summaries, next steps and human review options.
  6. For eligible civil cases, consider voluntary mediation or qualified professional support.

Human reviewer journey

  1. Receive risk-classified case in a permission-controlled queue.
  2. Separate disputed statements from verified evidence; avoid guilt determinations.
  3. Record escalation rationale, actions and audit entries.
  4. Review safeguarding, threats, fraud and authority-referral triggers.
  5. Apply retention rules, legal holds and participant access restrictions.
  6. Provide correction, appeal and reopening paths where appropriate.

Marketplace prototype

Qualified, independently chosen help

Legal and dispute

Lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, surveyors and valuers; licences and professional standing require verification.

Technical and investigative

Digital forensics, forensic accounting, interpreters, engineers and other specialist services where appropriate.

Property and response services

Estate services, building trades, restoration, towing and safety specialists, subject to safeguarding and licence checks.

Bookings and payment are not active. Future listings must show verification status, conflicts, consent, pricing and written terms. Emergency, crime and safeguarding reports remain free.

Safety by design

Accountable systems, not automated verdicts

Human-in-the-loop

AI may help triage, translate and summarise, but it must not declare guilt or make final high-risk safeguarding decisions.

Identity and permissions

A case reference alone never grants access. Each party and reviewer requires verified, appropriate permissions.

Evidence lifecycle

Capture provenance and access history, restrict onward sharing, respect retention and legal holds, then securely delete when permitted.

Abuse prevention

Unique invitation tokens, controlled witness invitations, audit trails, flood detection and opportunities to correct disputed claims.

Multiple channels

Phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, website and mobile are planned to converge on one protected case record, not separate unverified cases.

Accessible and multilingual

Keyboard navigation, readable contrast, screen-reader landmarks and English/Pidgin launch planning, with other languages added through reviewed workflows.

Common questions

Can I file an emergency report here today?

No. This website is a prototype and cannot receive or route reports. Use local emergency and authority channels directly.

Can I enter a case number to see someone else's case?

No. A case reference will never be sufficient proof of access. Identity verification and explicit role permissions are required in the planned service.

Will a machine decide whether someone is guilty?

No. AI-assisted triage and summaries are advisory. Human experts and lawful authorities retain responsibility for consequential decisions.

Are emergency reports charged?

No. The planned model keeps emergency, suspected crime and safeguarding reporting free; optional professional and dispute services may have transparent fees.

Build and readiness status

Implemented in this prototypeResponsive information architecture, safety notices, educational topic selector, service map, role journeys, safeguards, accessible navigation and a preliminary Nigerian Pidgin introduction.
Not yet implemented or connectedAuthentication, case creation/tracking, database, encrypted evidence storage, verified professional registry, communications integrations, incident routing, authority operations, payments, production monitoring and real incident handling.

This build maps to the known Version 4 requirements but has not been exhaustively reconciled with the complete signed-off PDF. It is not suitable for public emergency intake.
